kintone plugin series
This is a plugin for downloading received emails.
You can bulk receive emails sent to a specific email address and share the progress of handling them among employees.
Additionally, you can also download attachments, making it easy to find files by receipt date or sender.

Please install the downloaded Zip file directly to kintone without extracting it.
While all plugins in the Boost! series can be downloaded and used for free, after a 3-month trial period, a message prompting you to purchase a license will be displayed once a day for each installed app.
Installation
Once installed, open the plugin settings and make the operational settings.
Settings
First, specify the environment where the process can be executed and the attributes of the logged-in user, and then provide information regarding the execution button.
Next, specify the process to be performed when the above conditions are met.
For the incoming IMAP server settings, please enter information related to the IMAP server (server name, port number, connection options, etc.). Please note that POP server information is not used.
Operation
In the record list page, a button will appear if the specified conditions are met.
When you click the displayed button, a screen will appear for entering the target period and sender. If you want to filter the emails by sender, enter the sender's email address.
Specifying the sender is optional, so if you want to download all emails within the specified period, leave it blank.
Click the OK button to download the emails.
Fee
While all plugins in the Boost! series can be downloaded and used for free, after a 3-month trial period, a message prompting you to purchase a license will be displayed once a day for each installed app. To use it without displaying this message, you will need to pay an annual fee of 10,000 JPY.
Boost! is based on a domain license, so there is no upper limit to the number of users.
The license and fee apply to the entire Boost! series, not on a per-product basis.
