1. The Company grants users a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Product for an unlimited period.
2. The Product includes a three-month trial period starting from the date of installation.
3. After the trial period, the Product will continue to function; however, a message encouraging license purchase will be displayed once per day for each installed app.
4. License purchase is optional, and the core functionality of the Product remains available regardless of purchase.
5. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Product belong to the Company.

1. Redistribute, resell, or provide the Product to third parties.
2. Modify, analyze, reverse engineer, or alter the Product in whole or in part.
3. Circumvent or interfere with the intended operation of the Product.
4. Use the Product in violation of laws or public order and morals.

1. The Company provides support within a reasonable scope.
2. The Company does not guarantee immediate responses or resolution of all inquiries.
3. License purchasers may receive priority support.

1. The Product is provided “as is.”
2. The Company makes no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3. The Company shall not be responsible for issues arising from changes to kintone specifications, API changes, or external factors.

1. The Company’s liability shall be limited to the total license fees paid by the user to the Company within the past one year.
2. In cases of free use without license purchase, the Company shall bear no liability for damages.
3. The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Company’s website.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal place of business.
